Meet the founder

Angelo Smeragliuolo

Angelo is an I/O Psychologist with 5+ years of internal and external consulting and client facing experience with a  focus on talent management, organizational development, and testing and assessment. He has served clients globally in technology, fintech, healthcare, industrials, and energy. He is passionate about utilizing psychology and data in the workplace to drive better, sounder, and unbiased decision making. Angelo has built assessments, standardized processes, analyzed data, and worked on ad hoc projects to optimize the human component of organizations.

He also bring with him 6+ years of consultative sales experience which he uses to connect, communicate, and bring together multiple stakeholders throughout organizations. 

Angelo earned a Master of Philosophy in Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of Johannesburg, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University in New York. He focused his research on creating a measure for Type A behaviour in the workplace.

Angelo is philanthropically-minded and provides pro-bono career counseling services to individuals at the Journey Rehabilitation Centre in Johannesburg.
